Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Patriot Youth Soccer Clinic

Refunds will be returned at 75% of registration fee for administrative costs. Failure to attend the clinics or miss is not subject to a refund. Any refunds will need to be discussed with the GNG Boys Varsity Coach/Clinic Director Neil Carroll.

TEAM Maine 25/26 Tryouts

NO FEE REQUIRED FOR TRYOUTS, THERFORE NO REFUND POLICY.

TEAM Maine Basketball

TEAM Maine Athletics does not refund participants on lack of participation, or if athletes quite or remove themselves from a roster of any sport. All deposits are non-refundable at time of acceptance to a roster, and tuition fees are set based on the number of athletes per rosters, tournament fees and costs, along with uniforms and/or gear as well as rental fees that are associated with club costs.

TEAM Maine Soccer Camp

Refunds will be determined by camp officials and Board of Directors. There is NO refund for failure to attend. If the camp is cancelled for weather related reasons this will be moved and or shifted to later date.
