Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
A.C. Maine
Refunds will be determined by camp officials and Board of Directors. There is NO refund for failure to attend. If the camp is cancelled for weather related reasons this will be moved and or shifted to later date.
Futures Soccer Clinic
Refunds will be returned at 75% of registration fee for administrative costs. Failure to attend the clinics or miss is not subject to a refund. Any refunds will need to be discussed with the GNG Boys Varsity Coach/Clinic Director Neil Carroll.

Softball Tournament Refund Policy (Pool‑Play Format) 1. Purpose and Scope This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the issuance of refunds for team registration fees for the Tournament, which consists solely of pool play games and does not include bracket play or a single‑elimination structure. By completing registration and submitting payment, each team (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by this Policy. The Tournament Director retains full authority to interpret and enforce this Policy to ensure participant safety and event integrity. 2. Weather and Force Majeure The Tournament may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Tournament management, including but not limited to: rain, lightning, unsafe field conditions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or acts of God (“Force Majeure Events”). No guarantee is made regarding the completion of scheduled games. Refunds shall be issued only in accordance with Section 3. 3. Refund Structure Based on Games Played 3.1 Full Cancellation — Zero (0) Games Played If the Tournament is canceled before any pool play games are played, Participants shall be entitled to a refund of 100% of the registration fee, minus any non‑recoverable administrative or processing fees. 3.2 Partial Completion of Pool Play If the Tournament begins but cannot be completed due to weather or other Force Majeure Events, refunds will be issued based on the number of pool play games completed by each Participant: One (1) Pool Play Game Completed: Participant shall receive a refund equal to 60–70% of the registration fee (percentage may be set by the Tournament Director). Two (2) Pool Play Games Completed: Participant shall receive a refund equal to 30–40% of the registration fee. Three (3) or More Pool Play Games Completed: Participant shall not be entitled to any refund. Completion of three pool play games constitutes a “substantially fulfilled tournament experience.” 3.3 Determination of Final Results Upon Early Termination If the Tournament is stopped before the scheduled number of pool play games is completed, final standings or awards may be determined at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director using: completed pool play results, winning percentage, run differential, head‑to‑head results, or any other published tiebreaker criteria. No refunds will be issued for incomplete standings determinations. 4. Exclusions and Non‑Refundable Circumstances 4.1 Voluntary Withdrawal Teams that voluntarily withdraw after schedules have been finalized or published are not eligible for refunds. 4.2 Delays vs. Cancellations Weather delays, schedule adjustments, or temporary field closures do not constitute tournament cancellation. Refunds apply only when games are fully canceled according to Section 3. 4.3 Administrative Fees The Tournament may deduct non‑recoverable administrative or processing fees from any refund issued. 5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days following confirmation of eligibility. The Tournament is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions. 6. Authority and Finality The Tournament Director has exclusive authority to: determine field safety, delay or cancel games, alter schedules, and make all decisions related to refunds and tournament structure. All such decisions are final and binding. 7. Acceptance of Terms By registering, Participants acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to this Refund Policy. These terms are deemed accepted upon payment.
